They call me the “Bigman” due to my unforgettable size. I am six foot, eight inches tall! I love being tall because I can reach everything, plus most people easily remember me. I am the proud father of five daughters and I have been in real estate for over 7 years now. I have experience in new home sales, bank owned, short sales, multi-units, and just about everything that relates to real estate buying or selling. My passion is first-time home buyers and those with “tough loans” like FHA/VA. They are the underdogs in today’s marketplace. I love to see the looks on their faces when they finally receive their keys. The hard work and dedication makes it all worth it.
So who is Ryan Smith? That is a great question. I can be found most days helping families avoid foreclosure, selling their home(s) or helping a new family buy their first, second or third home. I love all things Real Estate! I have a true passion for this industry. I have been a licensed Realtor since 2002. Before that, I worked in the Mortgage Industry. I began as a loan processor and quickly discovered I had a knack for sales….probably because I am a social person. Pushing papers wasn’t my thing, but it gave me a tremendous knowledge on how to properly structure a loan package. I feel my experience and knowledge with mortgages is an added benefit for my clients. I consider myself the go to guy for all things Real Estate. When I’m not busy with my career as a REALTOR, you can find me spending time with my family. I’m fortunate to have an amazing wife and four wonderful children. They range in ages from 16 down to 6.
